How has product communication developed in the past couple of years in companies in the U.S.. This was the focus of LN Consulting's survey. The question was put to a whole host of north American users of product information management (PIM) and master data management (MDM) software providers.

According to the LNC survey, product information management (PIM) projects produce a tangible return on investment and are proven to increase product communication.

The holistic vision of integrated product information management helped Heiler Software score the best valuation of all the PIM providers in the survey.
