Cloud Based Enterprise PIM for eCommerce

SysIQ to provide Heiler Product Information Management suite within their Cloud in North America Now any company can leverage Heiler in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model.

Detroit, May 4th 2010 – Heiler Software has signed a partnership contract with SysIQ for North America. As a new partner, SysIQ will offer the first ever combined PIM system with eCommerce based on the Heiler Product Manager as the central product data management platform for eCommerce with IBM WebSphere Commerce and Intershop Enfinity Suite.

A recent study* by Internet Retailer states that “True multi-channel retailing is more than simply retailing through more than one channel”. As consumers engage more in multi-channel shopping, organizations need to know how well a website supports a multi-channel environment. Consumers have big expectations for multi-channel capabilities and Retailers have to respond. SysIQ formed a strategic partnership with Heiler Software to better help customers align their eCommerce capabilities with their central business operations through all of their channels. The license agreement with Heiler Software grants SysIQ the ability to incorporate Heiler’s PIM system into SysIQ’s ecommerce offerings, featuring IBM Websphere Commerce and Intershop Enfinity Suite. Additionally, SysIQ will sell the Heiler Product Manager to the North American market as well as deploying the Product Data Management suite across the internet as an on-demand/SaaS offering.
