Heiler Software (an Informatica company) relies on its highly qualified, established partner network to assist in the implementation of our software. We ensure that customer implementation and support is provided on-site by the most qualified experts. We are expanding our partner network on a continuing basis to strengthen our international presence, and to ultimately broaden the expertise and knowledge of our existing network in order to better serve our customers.
We distinguish between three different types of partners, which are described in detail below. Each of these partnerships involve specific training and certification requirements.
As an integration partner, you will become an official branch office for Heiler Software (an Informatica company). As a prerequisite, you must nominate at least one sales representative from your company who will be dedicated exclusively to our products, and who must also complete a two-day product training course in-house at Heiler to obtain certification. You must also nominate an employee with the appropriate technical qualifications to attend a two-day support training course and an API training course in-house at Heiler.
As a business partner, you will act as an official representative of our products. As a prerequisite, you must designate sales employees from your company who will sell our products, who will then be required to complete a two-day product training course in-house at Heiler in order to obtain certification. Your company will be authorized to sell products on behalf of Heiler Software (an Informatica company), and you will be granted exclusivity to your prospective customers. Business partners are provided with commercial and technical support from our integration partners or directly from Heiler.
Becoming a sales partner means that you will work with Heiler Software (an Informatica company) on a commission basis. Certification is not required. You simply provide us with the details of prospective customers and we help you generate orders. You will be entitled to attend a one-day basic product training course (orientation) for sales partners free of charge in-house at Heiler Software. We will handle the ordering and billing processes and act as the direct point of contact for customers.
