Rolf J. Heiler, born 1959, married, three children, graduated in 1982 in Business management, majoring in IT and process organization. At the age of 21, Heiler became an independent consultant. During his studies at the University of Stuttgart, completed while working as a consultant, he focused on object-oriented programming languages and relational databases. In 1987, Rolf Heiler founded Heiler Software GmbH, which initially concentrated on the programming of custom individual solutions. By 1995, Heiler was developing solutions for SAP AG.
As part of a strategic reorientation, in 1998 he transformed the software house into an Internet company. "HighCommerce" represented a brand new complete software solution in the growth area of business-to-business and e-commerce. His company, which has been operating as Heiler Software AG since 1999, was quoted on the stock exchange in 2000 in the "New Market" sector. Since then, the company has specialized in e-procurement and product information management. In recent years, Rolf Heiler has given the company an international focus. Around 30% of the company's turnover is currently in the USA.
Since July 2011, Dirk Haeussermann is a Member of the Board of Directors at Heiler Software AG. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) Dirk Haeussermann is responsible for the global sales, marketing and service operations.
Dirk Haeussermann, born in 1971, married with two children, graduated with a degree in business administration (BA), majoring in business information technology.
He began his career at IBM Deutschland in the sales division. Starting in 1999, he headed various sales units as department and division head. He was most recently the executive responsible for the entire infrastructure business for financial management in Germany. In addition, as of 2008, he was part of the transformation team for IBM in Germany.
In September 2001 Dr. Köstler was appointed CFO at Heiler Software AG, where he leads the company's Finance, Controlling, Mergers & Acquisitions and Human Resources units.
Dr. Wolfgang A. Köstler, born 1963, married, two children, studied business management at the University of Mannheim and went on to earn a doctorate in economics and social sciences before taking up the first of a number of commercial functions in a six-year spell with BASF AG. July 1997 took Köstler to the management of Deutsche Bahn AG, where he headed up Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions. At the same time he also served on a number of supervisory boards at national and international level.
Greg Wong joined Heiler in 2003 with a goal of growing the US business partnering with world class organizations. He joined Heiler because of the strong product offering and attention to product quality. Prior to joining Heiler, Greg Wong worked for a global automotive marketplace driving e-procurement and catalog management standards and solutions to customers in the US, Europe and Asia and for Accenture in their SAP practice.
Antonio Schnieder has made an international career in business planing, controlling, business process reengineering and software implementation. He is Global Member of the Board Capgemini S.A. Paris since 2005 and President of BDU since 2007.
